We are committed to provide high quality services via clear structures and well-defined and documented processes in order to comply with legal and scientific requirements for clinical research. The CIU quality framework is continuously assessed to ensure an efficient, effective and transparent collaboration with our clients and partners.

The Quality Management (QM) division of CTU Bern provides its expertise and services to develop, implement and maintain a state-of-the-art Quality Management System.
Together with the CTU Bern QM, we evaluate and continuously improve our structures and processes on an ongoing and systematic basis e.g. with annual internal audits and Quality Management Reviews, a systematic management of errors, and customer satisfaction surveys.
